Hi everyone! My name is Matt, and I am the General Manger, which means I Generally manage every aspect of WXCU. Madison Smith – Promotions Director, Events Coordinator

MadisonMadison is a Junior with a Public Relations major and minors in Entertainment Technology and Electronic Media & Film. Along with being the Events Coordinator for WXCU, she is a part of Greek Life on Capital’s campus and stage manages for the Conservatory of Music. 

Matt McCroskey – Music Director, Webmaster

In addition to all those duties, I also host my own monthly electronic music show on wxcu called XX2 on WXCU, which airs Sunday nights from 9 to 11PM! Beyond radio (which does consume a large portion of my livelihood) I am a Junior double majoring in Music Technology and Electronic Media and Film, I drum in a band called Hidden Places, and I also occasionally produce my own musicas hazelboy.

Rachel Capilongo – Pop Music Director

RachelMy name is Rachel Capilongo and I am a music technology major here at Capital University. I decided upon my major because I love music, and I love learning about all the technical aspects of creating music. I joined radio because I was interested in the behind the scenes of how a radio station is run. I have really enjoyed being apart of radio, so I decided to join the management team.




AJ Ford – Metal / Loud Rock Music Director

AJHey all you headbangers, metalheads, and moshers! I’m AJ Ford (a.k.a Randall Ricktor) and I’m WXCU’s New Metal Music Director. My basic job is to make sure there’s enough dark and brutal music on the station to frighten your grandmother. I host a show as Randall Ricktor Wednesdays from 4-6 PM called the Richter Scale s o be sure to tune in and get your weekly fix of brutality. Apart from that, I’m a sophomore music tech student and guitarist/bassist.

Jessi Bennett – Punk Music Director

JessiI’m Jess. I’m a Music Technology major also studying Electronic Media and Film. I love all things sound and specialize in location sound, score mixing, and sound design for film. I am on the management team here at the station and also hold a position as a Specialty Music Director of Punk and Pop-Punk.


Zac Holley – Live Sound Tech, Studio Tech

I’m a huge metalhead andhave previously held the position of Loud Rock Music Manager. I’m a Senior Music Technology Major with an emphasis in Live Sound. ArianaHi! My name is Ariana and i’m the accountant for WXCU and on management team! I’m a sophomore chemistry, pre-med major and love all types of music!
